Document Filing

The Client/Parent is required to fill our online form which helps us to collect and document all relevant information about his/her ward and preferred tutor.

Communication

We interact/communicate with the Parent/Client to proffer guidance on tutor likewise negotiate on the tutor of choice and schedule lessons period.

Introduction and Service Rendering

We send the tutor over for formal meeting/introduction, and also to commence with the tutoring of your ward based on agreed scheduled days and period.

Topics Updating

Tutor updates weekly topic taught and then rate students performance, also he/she proffers suggestion for better progress via Edutech Private Tutor Portal, which you follow-up by logging in on the portal with the parent-id and password that will be given to you when you start using our service.

Parent/Client Follow-Up and Feedback Channel

Via the parent portal, on logged in, you can view topics taught to your ward and his/her peformance, view payment made. You can communicate to us about your ward progress. You can also order for tutor replacement, if not satisfy with the quality of service or notice any sign of misconduct by the tutor.

Student Learning Assessment/Test

At the end of the month, we will send our team of performance reviewal to set an aptitude test and conduct oral interview for your ward based on topics he/she has been taught. The date and time will be communicated to you for approval.

Award/Gifting

Edutech Network will award your ward(s) with a prize on his/her performance on the aptitude test and oral interview after three (3) consercutive test/interview if he/she has an average of 60%.
